At the heart of this experience is the belief that true wellness is both seasonal and cyclical. It evolves with nature’s rhythms, life stages, and the everyday challenges we face. From supporting digestion and immunity to improving sleep, navigating hormonal changes, and enhancing mental clarity — The Wellness Way Blueprint provides practical tools and inspiration to help you thrive throughout the year.

Each month features a focused wellness theme, with sessions that blend modern evidence-based practices and timeless holistic wisdom. Some themes align with seasonal changes, while others respond to common lifestyle needs we encounter again and again.

What’s Included Each Month:

AM Wellness Workshop (9:30am – 12:30pm)

Explore the monthly wellness theme through hands-on learning, guided discussion, and the creation of two take-home wellness products. You’ll also participate in a grounding wellness practice to deepen integration. Each participant receives a printed in-class workbook and cheat sheets for note-taking, guidance, and tracking personal insights. A downloadable guidebook is also provided to support reflection and integration after the workshop.

PM Food as Medicine Workshop (1:30pm – 4:30pm)

Prepare five nourishing recipes aligned with the month’s focus. You’ll learn how food can support your mood, energy, digestion, hormones, and more—then enjoy an afternoon tea created from the dishes you’ve made. Participants receive a printed in-class workbook and cooking prep sheets, plus a downloadable recipe and resource guidebook to support continued practice at home.

Whether you attend one session or both, each month offers a stand-alone opportunity for renewal—or a cumulative step on your path to vibrant, resilient living.
