Do you offer support for specific health concerns, like gut issues, fatigue, or hormonal imbalance?
Yes. While I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions, many of my workshops and coaching sessions focus on key areas like gut health, energy, immunity, and hormone support—helping you understand your body and make choices that support it naturally.
Where are you based, and do you work with people outside your local area?
Wild Health Hub is based in the Blue Mountains, NSW. I run in-person workshops across the Greater Sydney region, Blue Mountains, and Central West—with other locations available by request. Online offerings and coaching are available Australia-wide and internationally.
What if the workshop dates don’t suit my schedule?
If you’re keen but can’t attend a listed date, reach out! I’m happy to discuss setting up a workshop around a particular topic, time, or location that suits you—especially for small groups or community bookings.
How do online workshops work? Will I need anything?
Online sessions are live, interactive, and include time for questions and discussion. You’ll receive an ingredient and equipment list beforehand so you can join in live or watch the replay and follow along at your own pace. Resources and recordings are always included.
Is Wild Health Hub suitable for all ages and stages of life?
Absolutely. My offerings are designed to support women through every life stage—from young adulthood to midlife and beyond. Whether you’re navigating stress, hormonal changes, gut issues, or simply want to live more in tune with nature, there’s something here for you.

Do you offer resources for home use, like recipes or remedy guides?
Yes! I provide take-home resources with every workshop, plus free guides, checklists, and educational content via my newsletter and website. I also publish articles and videos that break down key wellness practices in a fun, accessible way.
Can I work with you privately or create a customised group experience?

Do I need any experience to attend a workshop?
Not at all. All workshops are designed to be welcoming and accessible. Whether you’re new to fermentation, herbs, or food as medicine—or already have some knowledge—you’ll walk away with practical skills and confidence.
Are the workshops suitable for people with dietary needs or allergies?
Yes. Many workshops are plant-based and gluten-free by default, and I always offer options or substitutions when needed. Just get in touch ahead of time if you have specific requirements.
How much does it cost to participate in workshops or programs?
Pricing varies depending on the workshop, program, or service, and I strive to keep everything accessible and high-value. Hi, I’m Candace
I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, fermentation lover, lifelong learner, and passionate educator with over 30 years of experience in holistic health. I created Wild Health Hub as a way to bring together all the things I love—gut health, traditional skills, seasonal living, and empowering others to take their health into their own hands.
After a corporate career that left me burnt out and broken, I rebuilt my life with intention, one habit at a time. Now I help others do the same, blending modern science with time-tested wisdom in a way that’s fun, accessible, and real.
