My Mission
At Wild Health Hub, I believe vibrant health comes from alignment—not willpower. It’s found in tuning in, not tuning out. And it’s something we create together, not something we chase alone.
I created this hub as a home for people who want to feel well and live well. Whether you’re fermenting your first jar of kraut, revamping your pantry, or simply curious about natural living, my mission is to support you with education, inspiration, and community every step of the way.

Meet Candace
I’m Candace—Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, fermenter, food lover, speaker, writer, nature enthusiast, and lifelong wellness guide.
My roots in wellness go way back—growing up in Canada with a mum who owned a health food store and wellness centre, I was raised with herbs, whole foods, and an appreciation for natural healing. But like many, I veered off course. After a career in corporate project management, a major health crisis in 2015 forced me to reassess everything. I had to relearn how to walk—and along the way, I rediscovered what it really means to live in harmony with your body.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others create health from the inside out. I bring over 30 years of experience in nutrition, fermentation, food science, and holistic living, along with a deep love for teaching, speaking, and connecting.
Today, I run Wild Health Hub from the Blue Mountains in New South Wales, where I offer workshops, events, and guidance to help you simplify your health journey—without losing the magic.
