Hi, I’m Candace
I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, fermentation lover, lifelong learner, and passionate educator with over 30 years of experience in holistic health. I created Wild Health Hub as a way to bring together all the things I love—gut health, traditional skills, seasonal living, and empowering others to take their health into their own hands.
After a corporate career that left me burnt out and broken, I rebuilt my life with intention, one habit at a time. Now I help others do the same, blending modern science with time-tested wisdom in a way that’s fun, accessible, and real.
At Wild Health Hub, everything is grounded in a core belief: wellness should be practical, empowering, and inspired by curiosity.
